I am a passionate and results-driven product, technology, and marketing leader. I love entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship which primarily has looked like gathering the pain points, setting a vision and rallying others to win with me in solving challenges for customers and others.
As a self-starter, I am customer obsessed, consistenly revising vision, direction and more with inputs from executives to stakeholders to user surveys to user interviews to user testing. I relish defining business objectives and breaking them down into goals, KPIs and KPI targets and I flexibly leverage design thinking, agile methodologies and good ol' common sense to architect ideas into launched solutions and launched MVPs (minimum viable products) into optimized continuously evolving operations. I have 5 years of managing teams of individuals with high satisfaction results and technical expertise across the stack (LAMP, MVC), architecture, product management, UI/UX, and content strategy.
